It would appear that the fiscal year that defaults into this screen is actually pulling the calendar year that is associated with the user date rather than the current, open fiscal year. For companies with June 30th year ends, this means that it defaults to the wrong fiscal year for half of the year.
Has anyone encountered this and/or figured out a way to make this screen default to the current fiscal year? It would make it faster to close periods for the various modules each month if you didn't have to change the default year first.
